great stay, helpful staff
clean hotel cute staff great service
i found the hotel to be very clean. the staff was always cute and offered great service. breakfast and the aperitifs was a pleasant surprise.
the hotel lacks a bell boy to assist with luggage. it would have been useful on arrival and departure.

unwelcoming staff dated decor
Breakfast included a tasty selection I found that acceptable.
The front desk staff seemed less than cute at times I did not see much friendliness there. There was no bell boy so luggage assistance was nonexistent I had to manage everything myself. The room decor looked somewhat dated it could use some updating.

fantastic stay!
welcome drink spacious room friendly staff parting gift
The welcome drink was such a lovely touch after a long trip. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, a real treat! the breakfast included a great choice, and the staff was very friendly, they were always ready to help. i really loved the parting gift. It was a thoughtful gesture.
The walk to the main attractions was slightly longer than i expected. Though the location was very convenient for the train station.

the room included a large double bed and a seating area with two comfortable chairs. the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, very modern. i also appreciated the safe and coffee machine.

the hotel is a five-minute walk from the piazzale roma bus station! this made arrival and departure very easy. the train station is also a short walk, very convenient. the hotel is near water buses for transport.

The reception staff offered recommendations for local restaurants, that was very helpful. breakfast each morning was great with plenty of choice. It was very delicious. i appreciated the team on reception. They helped with any arrangements.

The breakfast buffet included a range of food items, which i found very useful. there was fresh fruit available every morning. i also used the bar in the evening. It had a nice selection of local wines.

i received a welcome drink upon arrival. my canal view room had excellent decor. the bathroom featured a warmed towel rack and multiple shower heads.

excellent stay near transport links
airport transport welcome drink afternoon cicchetti
the staff organized transport to the airport for me. the hotel offered a welcome drink and i enjoyed it. there were delicious cicchetti available in the afternoon plus a chat with other guests. the location is close to the grand canal and train/bus and taxi services
